We use Reference tags in many of our processes, mainly for identifying which documents are Policies. My overallidea, based completely out of the box,pertains toPolicyStat providing a change request process for when Roles and Approval Workflows require change. Might be out of scope with how PolicyStat infrastructure is designed. I had to try.
